A methodology combining high density highrise with low density low-rise Is the future in promoting self-sufficiency, and community cohesion.
The urban life of the individual must change. Our current model degrades community, creates isolation and distances the individual from society with the only upside being space efficiency. A duality of rural and high rise residential living can be accomplished to strengthen society
